I don’t have the answer to that question. However, a recent Cossette study hopes to answer that very question. My friend Ian over at Cossette tweeted the case study around dinner time last night and people have been spreading the information since then. I’m still digging into the case study and hope to do a real post for Friday. However, I want to make everyone aware of the case study and point out some interesting facts:

That’s just a  very small sample of what is in this entire case study from Cossette. Dig around and see what you find useful. This is one of the first case studies to look at social media from the point of view of 3 different countries. There are many similarities but they are difference and those differences are key for any company working on a global or international bases. As someone looking to launch a new site next year, I know this is going to aid me in the endevour.
