Olirier Blanchaed has a great post; How To manage an enterprise Twitter presence: Avatars, account structure and response methodology, about managing your Twtter account in the enterprise world. Two of the big rules he felt you need are the following:
1. Create two way dialog with real people to real people. Don’t sound like a press release.
2. Be selfless and of massive value to the community. No one gives a crap about you, what they care about is what you can do for them.
