Twitter 101
I spent part of the day looking over Twitter’s business guide that they recently launched. The guide is a good primer if you are new to Twitter even from a personal standpoint. The best practices section is by far the most helpful of the 6 sections:
The best practices section goes over everything from filling out your bio, spamming and learning why the nature of real time on Twitter & measuring the value of Twitter can be a double edged sword for your business.
The case studies section covers everything from small businesses (Teusner Wines & CoffeeGroundz) to giant corporation (Jetblue, Etsy, & Tasti D Lite) and how they are using Twitter. The case study on Teusner Wines is small compared to some of the other ones, but they are adding that personal touch in there. Overall, it’s a good guide if you are just stating out on Twitter.
